Do Something Digi!

Hello - Happy Friday!

Thanks so much for sharing your creations last week - what a great challenge  Back to Basics was, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

This week it's Kathy here, and I'd like you to
Do Something Digi
I love using digital papers and occasionally clip art in my crafting.  I love being able to resize, crop or enlarge the designs, and I really love that I can print exactly the size I need - and as much as I want of whatever I want to use.  Whenever I'm a bit stuck for ideas, or can't find just what I need in my stash I pop over to Etsy and hunt out the perfect digital solution.  Prices are reasonable, and then you have the option to print exactly what you want on paper, card, vellum even something like printable canvas.
So this week I'd love to see your take on the digital theme -  just use something produced digitally - could be Papers, Images to colour in, some clip-art or even just a sentiment you've created and printed out to use on your card.
Most of all, have some fun with your pc and printer - they are great crafting tools!

Here's what the team have come up with to inspire you

Back to basics

Hello, thanks to everyone who watched the birdie with us last week for a breath of spring - for those in the northern hemisphere let’s hope the birds in our gardens haven’t been caught out too badly by the weather!

Joanne here this week and I’d like to take us back to basics - choose one basic geometric shape (square, circle, triangle etc) and one primary colour (red, blue, yellow) and make them the focus of your design. You can add other shapes and colours as accents, just keep the focus on those basics.

Here’s some inspiration from the design team:

Watch the Birdie!

Happy Friday!  It's Shabneez here and firstly I'd like to thank you for joining in with the Challenge last week.

It's my turn to set the Challenge this week and as the title suggests, it's all about birds!  So, I'd love to see you use a bird on your creation.  It can be as a focal point or embellishment, die cut or stamp, so plenty of choices!

Here's some inspiration from the Design Team to help:

Getting to Know You

Hello and a big thank you to everyone that joined in last weeks challenge.
Miri's mood board was perfect for your Spring creations.
Its Dawn here with this weeks challenge and I have called it
Getting To Know You
I want to get to know you as a crafter.  What are your favourite techniques and where do you like to craft?
I love to make shaker cards.  I think they are so much fun and I get to add another of my favourite crafting elements, glitter and sequins.  I also love to craft in front on the TV on the living room rug in the evenings when the children have gone to bed.
Here are the design teams favourite techniques.

March Elemental Inspiration picture

Thank you for sharing your fresh, bright and green cards with us.

It’s Miri here and after a very cold last week of February (with temperatures around -5°C around here) I’m looking forward to March and the first signs of spring.

I picked this picture for the elemental inspiration challenge:

Use three elements and use them on your card. Maybe your cards will tell us if you’re still in a cosy winter mood or already longing for spring 😉.
Here are some ideas from the design team.
